Although I may come off as what some might seem as a girly girl (well at least until you start talking to me), I’m actually one of the biggest tomgirl’s you’ll meet.
Sports are very important in my life and I’m always willing to try something once. Why not take chances with new things and adventures. Afterall, you only live once! So why not live life with a little risk? I love to look back and things I’ve done and say “I can’t believe that I actually did that!”

{June 9, 2009} A Lesson to be learned
Now that I’ve got my blog up (and so sorry for missing the weekend), I thought that once in a while I would share some of my poetry that I’ve written over the years! So here is the first poem! Hope you all enjoy!
Lesson
There was a little bug
who thought he was a thug.
He would walk around like he was the best,
little did he know that he was a pest.
Then one day as lesson was to be learned,
for this little bug was about to get burned.
A bigger bug came along and challenged him,
and the chances of him winning were very slim.
He took the challenge and guess what,
He got beat and had no luck.
For this little bug
who everyone thought was a pest,
realized he wasn’t the best.
